Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

  • Returned with original tags and packaging, when applicable

Items that have been washed, altered, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Exchanges

If you need a different size or received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will do our best to accommodate exchanges based on product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
